Main task of the Trade Registry Department is to register the commercial businesses activities within the circle of authority of the Chamber in line with the Turkish Trade Law and Trade Registry Regulations, to record and write down all amendments and to provide transparency and legality of the records.

In addition to the above, carrying out establishment and registration formalities of foreign companies; issuing certificates of trade registry showing actual functioning of companies, land registry certificates and all other documents conforming to the articles of association of the companies are among the services provided by our Trade Registry Department.
Registries and registry certificates are maintained on electronic platforms and shared with other public authorities through electronic means. Efforts are under way to introduce electronic signature and transaction facilities which would make it possible to make and finalize registrations electronically.
